As a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL), Florida Pawn conducts all firearm transactions in full compliance with federal and Florida law. All sales go through an NICS background check. We do not buy stolen firearms — all items are reported to law enforcement.

Illegal modifications, suppressed firearms without the proper tax stamp and documentation, and any firearm with an obliterated or altered serial number.

FFL Transfers

📍 Margate Location Only: Firearm purchases, sales, pawn, and FFL transfers are available exclusively at our Margate store (1303 FL-7, Margate FL 33063). Our Hollywood location does not handle firearms transactions.

We also process FFL transfers for firearms purchased online. Call our Margate location for the current transfer fee and to confirm we can receive your shipment.
